Today I’m going to take a very in-depth look at Colonix.
Colonix is sold by Dr. Natura at www.drnatura.com/colonix_program.php, and is very well-known for their extremely disturbing images of peoples’ bowel movements. I won’t bother re-posting any pictures.
I’d be ignoring the elephant in the room if I didn’t mention the nasty pictures that Dr. Natura uses to promoted Colonix. Those seems to be quite the eye-brow raisers and people are drawn to them (for some strange reason).
I did quite a bit of digging and eventually found an article mentioning the nasty chains of feces people pull from their toilets from when they “pass”:
Some people have reported expelling large amounts of what they claim to be feces that have accumulated on he intestinal wall. However, experts believe these are simply “casts” formed by the fiber contained in the “cleansing” products.
It should also be noted that people who are thoroughly cleaned out prior to medical procedures such as a colonoscopy don’t report passing these things. The likely conclusion is probably the logical one: the fiber causes the nasty casings.
The company behind Colonix is DrNatura.com. The domain is registered to DrNatura.com Inc., located in Henderson, Nevada. I attempted to find the entity registration number with the state of Nevada but it didn’t turn up. There was a business incorporated as Dr Natura Inc. in Floria in 2003, but it was voluntarily dissolved in 2006.
Listed on the Better Business Bureau we show two results for the same URL:
250 Natural Bridge Dr, Santa Cruanta Cruz, CA 95060 - given a company rating of C+, with only two complaints, both resolved to satisfaction.
2642 W. Horizon Ridge Pkwy. #A12, Henderson, NV 89052 (this is also the address for the domain registration) - given a company rating of B- as of the time of this writing, there are 5 complaints–all of which have been resolved. Given the volume of transactions that a company like Dr. Natura deals with, it’s quite impressive that there are only five complaints.
DrNatura has been around more than decade, which can’t be said about a lot of fly-by-night fad companies. This type of thing makes me very happy.
The Dr. Natura Colonix website is absolutely littered with testimonials. They provided this really interesting image above the testimonials on the contact us page:

I was curious about the verification process so I gave them a call (1-800-877-0414) and spoke with Rosa, a very nice lady on all counts:
Becca, from DrNatura.com mentions, re: the testimonials:
I want to assure you that these testimonials are never altered in any way other than by correcting obvious spelling mistakes. All emails, letters and photos were submitted voluntarily. They’re all kept on file and verified by a third party.
Hopefully I hear back from them with more details about exactly who does the verification, and how it’s done.
I tend to believe her, since they show this lady at the very top of their testimonials page — and I wouldn’t personally want to include her in my sales copy…She still looks ill.
There are 55 pages of testimonials and counting. If they’re all really verified and true, then I just may be a believer. We’ll just have to wait and see.
The Colonix program is a three-step process:
It’s very standard for a colon cleanser program to come with multiple steps. So there’s really nothing to report here.
I believe DrNatura.com can get away with charging these prices because they’re clearly recognized as the authority (more on that later) in the colon cleanser market. Their pricing is quite expensive:
At its cheapest (the bulk purchase), you’re looking at a monthly cost of $54. Sure, most of us spend that same amount on a dinner for two that sticks to our colon walls…so maybe it’s money well spent. That’s ultimately up for you to decide.
DrNatura.com offers a 60-day moneyback guarantee on their products. I carefully read their guarantee (they don’t do fine print) and found it to be very consumer-friendly (which probably has something to do with their excellent BBB rating). Many companies will not let you return open bottles, which actually nullifies the return policy! However, Dr. Natura’s lets you return all open and unopened bottles for a full refund.
Dr Natura’s has been around for a long time, and their Colonix product has been extremly popular. As a result, you’ll see quite a few websites putting Colonix up there as some sort of “scam” or “danger” and then simply pushing their own competing product. A few examples:
As you can see, it gets a bit confusing. If you look at the non-paid results, you still end up with a bunch of who knows what. The best thing you can do is know that you’re buying from a reputable company with a proven track record.
Based on DrNatura.com’s long track record of over a decade of sales, along with a responsive customer service team, I would recommend the product. It is a bit more expensive than other competing products, but it also doesn’t require that you sign up for an autoship program. Also, the Colonix guarantee means that if you’re not satisified, you can still get your money back without any hassle.
I have just recently decided to learn more about the magic of colon cleansing. I have been eating unhealthy foods for years and wish to repair all the damage. Your site has inspired me to make the proper changes! Thank you!
With the amount of chemicals used to produce food, colon cleansing is something I have started to take part in. So far so good, I feel and look healthier. I would definitely recommend it to many others reading this.
Processed foods put excessive stress on our body. Things like colon cleansing are so important, and everyone should realize that our bodies need our respect.

I recommend colon cleansing to all my friends and family members, not everyone will know about how many unhealthy chemicals they consume through junk food. No wonder we have so many health issues nowadays.
