One thing that I should warn to all those about to try colon cleansing, make sure you drink lots and lots of water. Without water, you can't expect to experience great results.

If it wasn't for taking what I eat seriously, I would still be dealing with many health issues. I am not new to colon cleansing, but I highly recommend it to everyone.
