I gave them a call and was on hold for a bit — the music actually stopped and it just went dead silent. I forgot I was on hold and then a rep picked up. You can see right away it’s basically competitors. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing that competitors do this (not at all actually), I’m just making you aware of the fact.
