Steps to make Colon Cleansing a Long-Term Success

A brief review written by the Colon Cleanse Report

Colon cleansing is only one part of making you feel better and to life a healthier life. Several other steps should be added for long-term success and a healthy, happy life. Here are some suggestions that might work for you. In general a combination of several of these steps is your best shot at seeing improvements.

1. Fiber: Make sure to eat plenty of fiber, including brown rice and organically-grown fresh fruits (like Blueberries) and vegetables.

2. Cleanse and protect the liver by taking herbs such as dandelion root, burdock and milk thistle, and enjoying green tea. Especially Green Tea is a miracle weapon that does good things for your health. Caffeinated and de-caff version are available.

3. Take vitamin C on a daily basis. Vitamin C helps the body produce glutathione, which is a liver compound that drives away toxins (= detox).

4. Drink at least 0.5 Gallons of water daily.

5. Try to breath better. Breathe deeply to allow for more oxygen to get into your body.

6. Think positive. Act positive. Transform bad stress by emphasizing positive emotions.

7. Evening or Weekend Relaxation. Home-made hydrotherapy is an easy way to relax and recover. Take a very hot shower for five minutes, allowing the water to run on your back. Follow with cold water for 30 seconds. Take a 15-30 minute break. Take another hot shower with a 30 second cold water follow up and rest again. Do this a total of three times, and then take a 30 minutes rest snuggled up in sweat clothes or a bath robe and towel.

8. Sauna. Sweat in a sauna so your body can eliminate wastes through perspiration. Drink lots of water afterwards.

Add frequent exercise to the mix and you are on your way to see great success in living a healthier life with less stress and less body aches and pains. Use Colon Cleansing as the starting point and switch to a healthy long-term diet.

We recommend Bowtrol as the Colon Cleanser of any successful detoxification. Ease of use and great results + being gentle to your body makes this a no-brainer.

You are what you eat. A few years ago, I was eating overly processed foods and I felt so unmotivated and unhealthy. Now, after experiencing colon cleansing, I can finally see what all the health fanatics were talking about. Great website.
