What to expect when doing a Colon Cleansing?

A brief review written by the Colon Cleanse Report

Unless you’ve done a Colon Cleansing before, you’re probably wondering what to expect when finally doing a colon cleansing. The outcome of a colon cleanse really depends on what type of cleanse is performed. There are natural ways, which can be more gentle on the body, but there also are laxatives that use chemicals, which can be harsh. You can do it by taking special Colon Cleanse products like Bowtrol or ColonSmart or you use an Enema type of product for colon cleansing. You can do a home colon cleansing or you can do under supervision of a medical professiona. You can opt for a slower process or for a speedier solution. It all depends on your personal preferences and how much money you would like to spend.

During the colon cleanse process, it is common for patiens to feel added gas and a little bloating during the first week - depending on the product you use. After the initial beginner stages, you will feel an increased productivity of your bowel movements. Your bowel movements might look very different. It is actually possible to pass items within the bowel that might look like parasites or tapeworm, but this should not be cause for concern - it is perfectly normal and is just part of the cleansing process.

Since it takes years to build up a blockage and toxic waste on the inside walls of your colon, you cannot expect this to be process completely free from change.

As you probably know, the human body is constantly exposed to toxins that can cause further harm to your health. In addition environmental conditions that we face daily, increase the toxins that eventually build up inside the colon.

In general Colon Cleansing is considered very safe and as far as we know there are no reported accidents related to the products we have reviewed and are recommended by us. If you are in doubt, please consult with your doctor or a nurse for further details.

You are what you eat. A few years ago, I was eating overly processed foods and I felt so unmotivated and unhealthy. Now, after experiencing colon cleansing, I can finally see what all the health fanatics were talking about. Great website.

I think that if people just shopped for less processed foods we would all feel healthier. Thanks to colon cleansing, much damage can be repaired.
